Check the plug type, voltage, and frequency for each destination. Much of continental Europe uses approximately 230 volts, but plug types vary; one adapter does not necessarily work everywhere. A device marked “INPUT: 100–240V, 50/60Hz” usually needs only a suitable plug adapter. An adapter does not convert voltage. Preserve grounding where required and follow the device manufacturer’s instructions, especially for heated appliances and medical equipment.
