Join Father Christopher Pollard on a New Year’s / Christmas season pilgrimage to welcome the new year. Beginning in Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance, we will encounter a unique convergence of faith and artistic beauty. The itinerary includes visits to renowned sites such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fior and the Franciscan church Santa Croce.
On New Year’s Eve, we will take a walking tour of the city’s spiritual heritage and visit iconic landmarks like the Uffizi Gallery, a world-renowned museum housing a magnificent collection of Renaissance masterpieces.
Our day trips will feature: The village of Panzano in Chianti, offering a serene day among vineyards and local churches. Siena and Montalcino proving opportunities to explore stunning medieval architecture, religious traditions, and the picturesque Tuscan countryside.
